External access and entrance
- Wide level access across the carpark to the Clubhouse.
- Two covered entrances each with two sets of double doors. One provides access to the Ballroom and the other to the Yachtsmans Bar.
- Doors are 72cm wide with one door held open, heavy to open and slow to close.

Internal area
- Entrance doors enter into a spacious carpeted foyer leading to the Yachtsmans Bar and a wide paved corridor leading to the Ballroom.
- The Club House has wide access to and between all facilities on the ground floor.
- Foyer stairs lead to an upstairs function room, The Ward Room. Stairs have handrails on both sides.

- Large clear signage throughout.
Jetty access
- Jetty 6 and 7 have accessible parking bays.
- Jetty 7 has level access to a ramp, with handrails on both sides leading to a wide wooden jetty with no kerbs.
- Jetty 5, that provides a hoist and sling is accessed down a sloped boat ramp directly onto the jetty, 2 metres wide with a kerb on each edge.
Equipment for people with disabilities
- Jetty 5 has a hoist that can provide access for people with physical disabilities onto a boat.
- The hoist type is an 'Access C-Crane'. Technical information and photographs can be viewed at www.accesssailing.com
- The hoist has a manual winch and a sling that hooks onto the hoist with loops. The weight capacity is 120kgs.
Rooms
Yachtsmans and Quarter Deck Bars
Yachtsmans Bar is a carpeted spacious bar and the covered, paved Quarter Deck Bar is directly outside, overlooking the river, through wide doors held open. The alfresco area is spacious with level access to a grassed area.
The bar is high, tables are 75cm high with 71cm knee clearance. Chairs have armrests.

Ballroom
Access off a wide corridor though double doors, 75cm wide with one door open.
Spacious and carpeted with a dance wooden dance floor.
Table set up depends on the function.
Tables are 73cm high with 71cm knee clearance. Seats do not have armrests.

Archies Bar
A shaded outside bar accessed from the wide corridor leading to the Ballroom and toilets.
The door to the outside is 75cm wide with a D handle, heavy to open and slow to close.
Seating is on grass.
An outdoor barbeque is 86cm high and there is a high bar.
Tables are 67cm high with 63cm knee clearance. Seats have armrests.
Centre Board Club House
A separate building on the opposite side of the parking area to the Yacht Club used for training.
Acccessed through two 75cm wide double doors held open into spacious room with wooden floor.
Doors to an covered, outside paved area and toilets is through a 75cm wide domestic sliding door with a 6cm lip.
