• The carpeted library is spacious and open plan, with self serve book scanners and customer service desks close to the entry point. One self serve book scanner is on a desk at sitting height. The service counter is 1 metre high.
• Aisles between bookshelves are 1.5 metres and open at both ends with with books stacked from floor level to 1.5 metres high.
• Library catalogue computers are 94cm high to the keyboard.
• The public computers are all located in central corales, at sitting height. Desks are 73cm high with 71cm knee clearance. The seats do not have armrests.
• There are two book returns, on either side of the partition between the inside and outside of the library. Book slots are 1 metre high.
• Seating in the 'Reading Room Lounge' have tub chairs with arms around coffee tables. Chairs with and without armrests are readily available.
• There are six hearing posts with head phones.
• Magazines are stored on the wall at sitting height.

• The library is identified over the entrance by large, blue lettering on a white background. 
• Openning hours on the door are in large print. 
• Information produced by the library is in a clear print with clear colour contrast.

• Trolleys are available at the front of the library.
