External access and entrance
  • There is level entry into the house from the unmarked parking to a 2 metre wide verandah area. 
  • Two doors lead to the guest areas, one into the dining and lounge area and the other into the bedroom corridor.
Internal area
  • Facilities are provided for tea/coffee making, the bench is at high sitting height of 89cm.
  • Remote controlled split system air conditioning and remote controlled television.

Change Room

  • Gender: Male
  • Change room door: 680mm wide manual door swing door having a level handle and with 180mm clearance on the latch side both internally and externally
  • Shower: The shower screen door is 820mm wide.  The shower cublicle has a step up and down of 180mm.
  • Toilet pan height: 410mm
  • Basin height: 820mm

Four accessible rooms
  • There are four accessible rooms on ground level.  There is a 7cm lip.  The corridor is 93cm wide. 
  • Each room has a 77cm wide swing door with a lever handle. These doors are light to operate. 
  • Each room has a queen sized and single bed.  Both beds are movable with about 50-60cm clearance to each side of the queen sized bed. 
  • There is sufficient under-bed clearance for a hoist if required.
  • Floor has low pile carpet.

Common Lounge and breakfast area
  • There are two firm couches with armrests, the seats being 48cm in height.
  • The dining table is 77cm high and the chairs are at 43cm.  There is ducted air conditioning and a wood fire.  A microwave, toaster and kettle are provided as well as the bar fridge.
