  • One bay at the rear of the building with directional signage from the driveway.
  • The bay has a level bitumen surface and is identified by faded line markings.
  • It 3.2 metres wide and 5.3 metres long.
  • Vehicle access from: Either Hobbs Drive or John Street.

External access and entrance
  • From accessible parking bay: Entry is via the driveway along the side of the building and either up steps or a ramp to the front door.
  • The five steps have handrails on both sides and colour contrasting on the step edges.
  • The 1 metre wide ramp is 7 metres long and has an average gradient of 1:14. It has one handrail.
  • Main entrance: The 76cm wide door is light to operate. It has a lever handle. There is an external flywire door with a lever handle at standing height. This door is also light to operate.
  • There is a 2cm lip at the doorway.

  • This building is a converted house with front reception and resource area and organisational offices located off a 1.2 metre wide corridor.
  • The front reception and resource area have a variety of brochure and information displays, from floor to standing height. The reception counter is at standing height.
  • A desk and a variety of chairs are provided, including high backed chairs with armrests.
  • All offices have 76cm wide doors, which may restrict access for larger wheelchairs.

  • Toilet door: A 76cm wide door with a lever handle and a large lock. It is light to open with no self closing mechanism.

  • Basin height: 86cm
  • Lighting: Switch in cubicle at standing height.
  • Shower: A height adjustable shower stool with armrests and no backrest is provided as well as a fixed height plastic chair with a seat 43cm high and seat width of 44cm.
